James Giraldo Painting respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the area of your project, the type of work and any message you add. Builders can also send their company name, community, number of units and a start date.
We don't ask for anything else, and you don't need to create an account.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and organise the work. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
Form submissions are sent through Formspree, a form service based in the United States, which delivers them to our business email, hosted by Hostinger. This website is hosted by Vercel.
These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under the laws of that country.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer your request and complete any work, and afterwards only as long as required for our business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us at the address below. We'll reply within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
